ProCCI LLC is Jim Bucks' fractional executive practice, re-established in 2026 after 24 years leading IT at Anthem Sports & Entertainment (AXS TV / HDNet) as Director of IT.

Jim brings over 40 years of hands-on technology leadership — from early aerospace work at Martin Marietta supporting the Space Shuttle program (DoD Secret Clearance) to running mission-critical broadcast infrastructure for a national cable television network.

ProCCI was originally founded in 1995 and operated for six years before Jim moved in-house. The practice is built on a simple premise: growing companies deserve C-level technology leadership that shows up, gets into the details, and delivers results.

What sets this apart: Jim is a fix-it leader — equally comfortable in a boardroom conversation about strategy and under the floor tiles reconfiguring a SAN. Clients get someone who can build the roadmap and run the project.
